Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. We will confirm these charges with you before reshipping.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, ask the courier to record the issue and contact us promptly.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or marked as delivered but has not been received, share your order number and any relevant photos with us. We will investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.

Opening a parcel before payment is subject to the courier’s service terms and is available only when expressly confirmed for your order.
